ADA QUEST 2022 – THE GRAND INTERSCHOOL QUIZ COMPETITION AT ADAMAS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

September 2022 witnessed the grand congregation of the middle school quiz stars from across leading schools of Kolkata and adjoining districts at the premises of Adamas International School.

On 8th September 2022, Adamas International School organised Ada Quest 2022 for middle school students of classes 6 to 8.  The theme of the quiz competition was ‘Post-Independent India’. The programme was inaugurated by the Prinicpal of Adamas International School Mrs Mittra Sinha Roy, Director Mrs Mallika Roy and renowned quiz master Mr Pranam Roy. The programme was organised in the school auditorium which hosted a grand audience consisting of students from 10 of top reputed schools across Kolkata. The audience also witnessed a grand musical performance by the talented students of Adamas International School.

Students from ten of the leading and reputed schools from around Kolkata, North 24 Parganas and Howrah participated in Ada Quest 2022.

• The Assembly of God Church, Tollygunge
• Central Modern School, Baranagar

• Sunrise (Eng. Med.) School, Howrah
• Adamas World School, Barasat
• Adamas International School, Belghoria

The quiz was conducted by Mr Pranam Roy, a versatile quiz master who has been conducting quiz events for corporates, schools and colleges since 2007.
The quiz started with a written prelim round which resulted in six teams making it to the final on-stage round. After five exciting rounds of quizzing, the host school lifted the winner’s trophy, with St. Claret School, Debpukur taking the 1st runner-up trophy, and Asian International School the 2nd runner-up.
